Maryann sold my son his first home. When I needed to deal with my father’s estate, there was no question as to who I wanted to help me. My sister and I sat in my Dad’s 3-unit apartment and almost just walked away from it all. He was a hoarder. When I called Maryann, I was overwhelmed. She came right over and toured the house/apartments. She guided us EVERY step. By the time we put it on the market, Maryann had a strategy. My full trust was in her, from helping us with the utilities to the CO inspection. At the end, we had so much interest in the property, we went with the highest and best in only 4 days!
