When I needed to deal with my father’s estate, there was no question as to who I wanted to help me. My sister and I sat in my Dad’s 3-unit apartment and almost just walked away from it all. He was a hoarder. When I called Maryann, I was overwhelmed. She came right over and toured the house/apartments. She guided us EVERY step. By the time we put it on the market, Maryann had a strategy. I was really nervous throughout the process and at times very frustrated with the contractors fixing up the house and then the buyer's demands. Mary Ann kept me in the loop and dealt with all the hassles and hard stuff for me so I was able to continue to live my life and go to work every day and relax in the evenings without spending every night on the house. As out of town buyers she was also so helpful and had our family and professional needs in mind at all times when recommending homes. She understood we were busy professional parents and helped in any way she could to make the home purchasing process as smooth as possible. While we hope to never buy another home (as we found our dream home !!), if we ever do, we will be sure to use her services. She worked with me and my grandparents with the selling of their house. She posted the house and within a week the house was under contract to be sold. She was very helpful with everything. My grandfather was out of the country when the house was sold and she made it possible for him to sign the papers with him in the other country. She also was there when help was needed. She is a fantastic woman and real estate agent!!
